Private practice allows you to tailor your sessions to your specific needs, such as dealing with an injury or understanding specific postures.  If you’re new to yoga, 1-on-1 sessions are the best way to build a strong, safe foundation. You will continuously be challenged and progress to the next level. You will learn proper alignment in your postures, proper modifications you can take with you while in studio classes, and proper yogic breathing and relaxation techniques. If you are an athlete or sports team, sessions will be tailored to complement where you are in your training cycle for maximum results.
