We all are capable of feeling good. We have everything we need inside of us to be strong, peaceful and happy. Remember who is in charge. You are in charge. Nobody else. The mind wants to run the show and drive your ship. You are the captain. As my teacher, Raghunath, would say, “Harness the mind, before the mind harnesses you,” and as Krishna says to Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita, “The mind can be the best of friends, or the biggest foe.” Make friends with your mind. Play on the same team. Support each other. During the holiday seasons, a couple deep breaths and some fresh air will work wonders to help thin the “vrittis” (mental noise). It is only when we are strong in the mind, peaceful in the mind, that we will be the best versions of ourselves, and we will wholeheartedly believe we are limitless. If that’s not feeling good, I don’t know what is.
