As this beautiful Fourth of July weekend comes to a close, let us not be down about returning to the work week, or that our parties and good times with friends are over; but instead, be grateful for everything you experienced this weekend. These moments will happen again, I promise. Be grateful for the chance you had to reconnect with friends, to laugh, maybe even to cry, and lastly to overindulge. But now, take the time, whether it be on your yoga mat, on a nice walk, in your pool, or simply in the shower; to reset your mind and body to a more balanced place. It is when our lives are balanced that we have an ability to discover something deeper about ourselves. Enjoy the rest of the weekend, and live in the moment; cherish the memories of yesterday, but live in the now.
